Rubies Women’s Fellowship is the women’s ministry at RCCG House of Praise, London. Rooted in biblical principles (Proverbs 31), its mission is to inspire, empower and align women with God’s purpose through community, teaching and worship. The fellowship is led by Pastors Andrew and Olayemi Adeleke (senior pastors of House of Praise). Rubies hosts annual retreats and conferences (e.g. the 2026 “Aligned Woman” Summit), plus smaller meetings, all designed to foster spiritual growth, confidence and practical impact in participants’ personal and professional lives.
Rubies (Women’s Fellowship) at House of Praise is a vibrant community focused on encouraging and equipping women. Based on the idea that every woman’s value is “far above rubies,” this ministry offers discipleship, prayer groups, mentorship and dynamic events.

Each year, Rubies hosts a women’s retreat or summit.
Beyond conferences, Rubies encourages women to use their gifts in church (worship, service, leadership) and to grow in personal disciplines like Bible study and mentoring. Pastor Olayemi is especially passionate about women’s growth and “wholeness in Christ”, which shapes the ministry’s vision.
